When you receive your footwear make sure it fits properly and is exactly what you want before it is worn outside. If items show any wear or are soiled or
damaged in any way, they will not be accepted for replacement or refund. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All footwear is guaranteed by the manufacturer to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. In the event that you have a problem, please contact us for further information. All manufacturers require us to send all boot and shoe returns to their factory for an evaluation by their personnel. We will repair, replace or make an adjustment according to their instructions. Normal wear and tear excluded.
All warranties are void if the product has been abused, modified or tampered with.

When you find an item you wish to purchase, click the button to add it to your Shopping Cart. Quantity may be changed for each individual item upon viewing your Shopping Cart. When placing a phone order, go through the website and either select your items with the Shopping Cart program or write down all of the items you would like to order. When ordering by mail, use the Shopping Cart online. When checking out, select the Mail Order payment method to get a printed order form that has your information and the items you wish to purchase already filled in. This is a more convenient process than using the conventional mail order form and virtually eliminates errors. If you prefer to fill out the mail order form, go to the Order Forms section.
Follow instructions for mail order except select the Fax payment method when checking out. If you wish to use the conventional order form for the fax method, go to the Order Forms section.

You may return or exchange an item within 30 days as long as the item is in its original unused condition. Except costumes NO RETURNS ON COSTUMES. If the item has been used, laundered or altered in any way, it will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Items with defects in the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option within the 30 day period. All items returned due to factory defects must be clean (we will not accept soiled items.) To return an item, contact us either by email or phone to receive return instructions and a return authorization number. We will not accept a return without a return authorization number.
For items being exchanged, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Items will be exchanged so long as they are received in their original unused condition.
For items being returned or exchanged due to an error on the part of 1st Army Supply, you will receive full payment amount (for returns) or new item (for exchanges) including shipping and handling charges, so long as the items received are in their original unused condition. RETURNS FOR ANY OTHER REASON A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED. NO REFUNDS ON IN STORE SALES EXCHANGE ONLY.
- Undergarments that have been worn or used cannot be returned.
